One seat = one person OR one standalone API key. API keys assigned to a person don't cost an extra seat.

- Minimum term: none
- Cancellation: any time, effective at end of billing period
- VAT: computed correctly automatically (19 % DE, 0 % reverse charge for EU B2B with VAT ID, 0 % export)

- Invoice language: German or English
- DPA: standard DPA included, custom DPA on request
